On January 1, 2026: After the successful launch of the GET Placement Program, the majority of selected trainees reported in person and began their field training with their respective employers. Candidates who do not join by the deadline of January 5, 2026, will lose their placement offer, and the next opportunity will be extended to shortlisted candidates through a digital ballot.
