Step-by-Step Walkthrough

  1. Login to the PEC Portal Go to → https://accrd.pec.org.pk Use your registered email and password to log in.
  2. Navigate to Your GET Placement Record
    • On the dashboard or welcome page, scroll down to find the menu item “Get Placement for 2024 Shortlisted Engineer”.
    • Click on this menu.
    • You will see your placement record listed. Click on the record to open it.
  3. Upload Police Certificate
    • On the placement record page, you will see three main buttons.
    • Click the button labelled “Upload Police Certificate”.
    • Browse and select your police certificate file.
    • Click the Upload button.
    • Scroll down to confirm: a green tick mark will appear next to the uploaded document.
    • You can also download the uploaded file to verify it.
  4. Confirm Report Joining
    • On the same placement record page, click the button “Print and Report Joining”.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    • Click the “Report Joining” button.
    • A confirmation message will appear showing “Now Joining Report”.
    • Go back to the main record and refresh the page.
    • Your status will now change from “Accepted” to “Joined”.
  5. View Supervisor & Placement Details
    • Scroll down on the placement record page to the Supervisor Section.
    • Here you will find:
      • Supervisor name
      • Placement location
      • Supervisor email address
      • Supervisor mobile number
    • Use these contact details to reach out to your supervisor if needed.

Key Rules to Remember (Must-Know Tips)

  1. Upload a clear, valid Police Certificate – it is mandatory for final joining confirmation.
  2. Confirm Report Joining only after you have physically reported or as per instructions.
  3. All actions must be completed within the given timeline to avoid disqualification.
  4. Save screenshots or downloads of uploaded documents and status changes for your records.
  5. Joining Letter and other updates will appear in the same portal after confirmation.
