  • PEC Registration Number (e.g., MECH/12345)

  • Valid personal e-mail address

  • Working mobile number with WhatsApp

  • Clear Scan CNIC (front + back) (< 1 MB each, JPG/PNG/JPEG)

  • Domicile certificate (< 1 MB each, JPG/PNG/JPEG)

  • PEC latest engineer certificate  (<1 MB each, JPG/PNG/JPEG)

Part 1: How to Submit Inquire Forgotten Login / E-mail 

Step-by-Step

  1. Open PEC Portal 

Go to Internet Browser and open accrd.pec.org.pk 

Click “Engineer Login Inquiry” (top-right, below main login box).

  • Live Selfie → Click “Open Camera” → Look straight → Click capture 

  • Final Review & Submit

    • Re-check PEC number (one typo = rejection)

    • Click “Submit Inquiry” → Note the Inquiry ID shown on screen.

    Success screen: “Inquiry submitted successfully. You will receive login details on your previously added e-mail.”

    Part 2: How to Submit Change Attribute Inquiry (Video 2 Attached)

    Prerequisite: You must be a registered engineer with active login.

    Step-by-Step Wizard Walkthrough

    Login with Current Credentials

    1. Username = registered e-mail | Password = current password

    2. Two Ways to Reach the Wizard

    • Option A: Dashboard → Engineer → Change Attribute

    • Option B: Scroll down homepage → Click “Change Attribute” button

  • Popup Wizard Opens – 3 Sections

  • Current Information(PEC Record)

    • Fill out the fields which you want to change otherwise click on the text box if it is                     correct already
    Section B – Upload Images (Mandatory)

    • Allowed: JPG, PNG, JPEG

    • Max size: 1 MB each

    • Required for every change: Scanned CNIC Front and Back, Domicile, or Engineer Certificate, Profile Picture

    1. Tick “Accurate” Boxes

    • For every field you do NOT want to change, tick the green ✅ box.

  • Final Submission

    • Scroll to bottom → “Submit to PEC”

    • Confirmation popup → Inquiry Number (e.g., #6) appears.

  • Post-Submission

    • Inquiry status = “Processing” (visible if you reopen Change Attribute)

    • If e-mail was changed → Log out → Log in with NEW e-mail after approval.

    Troubleshooting Guide (Most Common Failures & Fixes)
