First read all carefully Please 

1. No documents are required for the application. PEC will ask for a Police Character Certificate after 1 week, so please arrange it within a week.

2. Ignore the Email Verification Process, just follow the steps https://accrd.pec.org.pk/blog/blog-1/post/how-to-apply-for-pec-graduate-engineer-trainee-get-program-first-phase-for-2024-engineers-19

3. If you don't remember your password:
3.a. Try using your CNIC without dashes as your password.
3.b. or try the same old password you used to log in to (https://portal.pec.org.pk/)
3.c. Or, click on "Forgot Password" (https://accrd.pec.org.pk/web/reset_password?) and the system will send a link to your registered email to reset your password.

4. If any Engineer forgets their login, they can visit the website (https://accrd.pec.org.pk/rapid-login-inquiry) and request a login inquery, which will be sent to their registered email address.

5. This week's campaign is for 2024 Engineers. The campaign for 2025 Engineers will likely launch at the start of next year. Engineers graduating in 2025 may contact their universities for their degree, cards, status, and follow-ups.

7. Slow internet might be a reason, so please be patient. We'll diagnose and help you all one by one.

8. We might not be able to respond to your WhatsApp personal messages immediately, so please be patient. We've received your messages and will diagnose and help you at the best possible time. Your patience is appreciated!.

9. If Engineer's result was declared between January 2024 and December 2024 by the university, then such Engineer are eligible to apply for this campaign. If not, don't worry, you can apply in the next campaign. 

10. As per Employers requirement, all interested candidates must prepare a Police Verification/ Clearance/ Character Certificate well in time max in one week.

11. GET Applications are being accepted on the Portal https://accrd.pec.org.pk/

12. Internal Server Error: Please clear your browser cache and try using incognito or private mode on your browser. We recommend using a laptop for a smoother experience.

Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Login to PEC Portal

1. Open → https://accrd.pec.org.pk
2. Enter your registered e-mail and password
3. Click Login

Step 2: Go to GET Program Section

• After login, you’ll land on the Welcome page
• Look for the button: “Apply for GET Program – 2024 Graduates Only”  
  

Step 3: Create New Application

1. Click the Create  button
2. Click Edit on the GET Application Form
3. Select the Active Campaign
   
4. and your profile.

Step 4: Choose Preferred Province for Placement

• Select your 1st preference province (e.g., Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, GB, Islambad
• Click Initiate Application

Step 5: First Screening (Automated System Check)

• The system automatically verifies:
  • → Graduation year (2024 or 2025 based on the campiagn selected)
  • → Discipline eligibility (based on campaign selected)
  • → Province Domocile (based on campaign selected) 
  • → Not already enrolled in OGT/GIT or employed in Engr. Firm.
• If all qualified by system then Click “Initiate Second Screening”

Step 6: Second Screening – Declarations (MOST IMPORTANT)

You will see 12 declarations (all start in RED ❌) You must read and agree to each one and turns GREEN ✅

If any remains RED → You cannot proceed!

After all turn GREEN → Click “Initiate Application Submission”

Step 7: Review & Fill Missing Information

• System shows all your current data from PEC record
• Fill any missing fields (Address of Kin, Emergency Contact, bank account informati etc.)
• Double-check everything – no changes allowed after submission

Step 8: Final Acknowledgement & Submit

1. Read the final declarations carefully
2. Click “I acknowledge the above and Submit Application to PEC”

Success Message: “Your application has been successfully submitted and added to the shortlisted pool.”

Congratulations! You’re now in the shorlisted pool.
