Smart PEC

(For Employer Organizations Only – Not for Students)

The Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has officially launched the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Placement Program, a landmark national initiative aimed at bridging the academia-industry gap and enhancing the employability of young engineers.

PEC is now inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from employer organizations—including leading public and private sector companies, industries, and engineering firms across Pakistan—to become partners in this six-month, fully PEC-funded training program.

Note: This call is exclusively for Employer Partners—not for individual engineers or students.

Program Highlights:

  • 🎓 Structured, hands-on industry training for fresh PEC-registered engineers

  • 💼 No financial burden on partner organizations—placements are PEC-funded

  • 🤝 Contribute to the national engineering workforce development

  • 🛠 Facilitate the issuance of the First Professional Practice Certificate (FPPC)
